OCWIN Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Terms for Malaysia

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users and members who access or use the OCWIN platform on the official website ocwin.ws and all websites, mobile applications, and other services operating under the OCWIN brand.

To use OCWIN's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years old at the time of registration. OCWIN does not permit anyone under the legal age to use the platform under any circumstances.
• Registering and using an account for personal entertainment purposes only, and not for commercial or professional use without prior written consent from OCWIN.
• Not residing in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited in full or in part under applicable local law.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and not being subject to any legal restrictions that would prevent use of this platform.
• Using only legitimate personal funds, and not funds obtained illegally or from unauthorised third parties.

OCWIN reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, or source of funds at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active OCWIN account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being frozen and all balances and winnings forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name as per identity document (MyKad/Passport)
• Valid date of birth
• An active and reachable email address
• Valid Malaysian mobile number
• Bank account or e-wallet details for withdrawals

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. OCWIN will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your own negligence.

OCWIN accepts deposits via verified and approved Malaysian payment methods only. All transactions are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR).

Withdrawals will be processed within 24 working hours after the request is submitted and KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is complete. VIP members enjoy faster processing times. Withdrawal requests submitted on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

The general terms applicable to all OCWIN bonuses are as follows:

• Rollover requirement must be met before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn from the account.
• New member welcome bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement 10x the total bonus amount awarded.
• Cashback and reload bonuses typically carry a rollover requirement 1x to 3x.

• One individual, one IP address, one device, or one bank account is only entitled to claim the new member bonus once.

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system through opposing bets, multiple accounts, or other fraudulent means will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and potentially permanent account closure.

OCWIN reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice if:

• The member is found to have violated any terms and conditions set out in this document
• There is evidence of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• The member provided false information during registration or the KYC process
• Multiple accounts registered by the same individual
• There is abuse of the bonus or promotion system
• The member has behaved in a rude, threatening, or disrespectful manner toward OCWIN staff

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the OCWIN support team via live chat. Any valid account balance will be refunded once all KYC checks are completed and there are no outstanding bets.

• Any losses resulting from a member's own negligence — including lost passwords, sharing of account credentials, or unauthorised access arising from the member's own oversight — will not be borne by OCWIN.
• OCWIN's maximum liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount of the current deposit held in the member's account at the time the incident occurs.

OCWIN reserves the right to amend, update, or add to any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time in response to business requirements, legal changes, or member protection needs.

In the event of material changes, OCWIN will:

• Send email notifications to all active registered members
• Display an in-platform update notice for at least 7 days before the changes take effect

Continued use of the OCWIN platform after updated terms take effect will be deemed acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendments, you are entitled to close your account without penalty.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where OCWIN is registered and operates. Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of this platform shall first be addressed through OCWIN's internal dispute resolution process before being referred to any relevant arbitration body or court.
